About the Contact Point

The Danish Energy Agency is the competent authority in Denmark on Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2011 laying down harmonized conditions for the marketing of construction products. 

The Danish Energy Agency has delegated the task to operate the Product Contact Point for Construction foreseen by Article 10 of the Regulation to Danish Standards, the official Danish body for standardization, and member of ISO, IEC, CENELEC and observer in ETSI.

Any inquires and questions regarding the Product Contact for Construction must be addressed to Danish Standards. Inquires and questions from competent authorities in other Member States regarding the  delegation from the Danish Energy Agency to Danish Standards must be addressed to the Danish Energy Agency.

The CPR contact point advises free of charge regarding national technical rules for construction products. For further information the CPR contact point can charge a fee proportionate to the costs of obtaining additional information or material.
